Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, at three levels: A, AA and AAA. Blue Sail Agency aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this marketing website and public-facing Tenthbase pages.
We describe our status as conformant, which means the content fully meets the WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria. If you encounter something that falls short, please report it using the details below so we can correct it and keep this statement accurate.
What we have built in
- A skip-to-main-content link as the first focusable element on every page
- Semantic landmarks, one h1 per page and an unbroken heading order
- Full keyboard operation with a visible, high-contrast focus ring
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and 3:1 for large text and interface borders
- Status never carried by colour alone — glyphs, markers or text accompany it
- Persistent form labels, error text and autocomplete on personal-detail fields
- Interactive targets of at least 24×24 CSS pixels, 44px on primary controls
- Layouts that reflow to 320 CSS pixels and survive 200% text scaling
- Decorative motion removed under prefers-reduced-motion, and nothing that flashes
- Consistent navigation and help placement, plus an HTML sitemap
Known limitations
Accessibility work is never finished, so if you find a barrier we have missed, tell us. We will confirm it, publish it here while it is open, and correct it. Where content sits outside our control — a customer-published website, or a third-party payment, mapping or live-chat component — we will provide the information another way on request and raise the defect with the vendor.
Report an accessibility barrier
We welcome your feedback. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology or browser you were using, and what happened. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve confirmed Level A and AA barriers within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, ask for your report to be escalated to our accessibility lead for review.
